A particularly important part of our organization is our company restaurant Intermezzo, run by a dedicated and well-coordinated team. Every day, dishes are created that not only impress with their taste but also contribute to variety and well-being. All employees of the Intercable Group can look forward to fresh, diverse and well-balanced meals.

Our ambition goes beyond good flavor: we aim to create a special culinary experience while contributing to the health of our workforce. Whenever possible, we source our ingredients regionally and sustainably. We also avoid ready-made products as much as possible and focus on homemade preparation—true to the motto: “Home-made”

This unique kitchen philosophy is also an expression of the management’s appreciation for our employees.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT


Our core expertise lies in comprehensive facility management. This includes the efficient organization and provision of all necessary infrastructures and energy systems using state-of-the-art technologies. We also manage properties and buildings holistically, always aligned with the operational requirements of our clients.

A key component is professional maintenance, which ensures asset preservation, high availability of systems and the long-term value of buildings.

We place great importance on a well-maintained, functional and pleasant working environment. A balanced indoor climate and sufficient ergonomic lighting are essential for us and significantly contribute to user well-being.

SUSTAINABILITY AND ELECTROMOBILITY


Promoting sustainability is a central concern at Intercable Immo. We take responsibility for actively supporting the sustainability goals of the Intercable Group. To do so, we identify key environmental impact factors and ensure continuous improvements. This includes providing 100% electricity from renewable sources as well as reliable and efficient waste management.

With our photovoltaic system, we make a concrete contribution to sustainability by generating over 500,000 kWh of electricity annually for our own use. At the same time, the system powers the charging stations for electric vehicles, which are available to employees and visitors at reduced rates.

Additionally, we provide our staff with a fleet of ten e-bikes, including a reservation system, free of charge.

REAL ESTATE


As a real estate service provider, Intercable Immo represents innovative and high-quality solutions in construction. Our work includes the purchase, development, rental and management of office and commercial properties as well as modern residential complexes. In addition to real estate development, we offer comprehensive services for these properties, including professional cleaning and facility management. In our construction projects, we focus on energy-efficient concepts, sustainable material sourcing and intelligent space utilization – creating workplaces and living spaces that are both economically and ecologically future-proof.  

With our experience and network of local partners, we support projects from planning to completion and beyond – always with the goal of creating real estate that provides real value for owners and tenants.

Within the Intercable Group, we support all companies in complying with legal occupational safety requirements and establish clear standards for safe working conditions. A strong focus is placed on prevention and fostering a solid safety culture: through risk assessments, training and proactive measures, we identify and reduce risks at an early stage.

Furthermore, we go beyond legal requirements and continuously improve our protective measures.

At the same time, we promote the health of our employees through targeted programs, ergonomic improvements and initiatives that support overall well-being.

PLAN YOUR TRIP


Leave the A22 at the exit Bressanone / Val Pusteria and take the SS49. Pass the town entrance of San Lorenzo and turn half right into the SP12. After 136m you leave the SP12 and follow the Via Brunico for about 1 km. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit towards Falzes (SP40) and follow the road for 1 km.

At the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Anello Nord (SP97). Follow the road for 305 m, then turn left into Via dei Campi della Rienza. Take the second exit on the right and you have reached your destination.
