This Privacy Policy governs the mobile game PolyPine ("PolyPine", "we", "us", "our") made available on iOS and Android devices. By accessing or using PolyPine, you consent to this Privacy Policy. This Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when we may disclose it, how it is stored, and your rights. Please read carefully before using PolyPine.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to your use of the PolyPine mobile application and related in-app services. It does not apply to third-party services, including Apple services (e.g., App Store, Sign in with Apple, Apple Pay) and Google services (e.g., Google Play, Google Sign-In, Google Pay). Please review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
2. What Information We Collect
We do not collect or store users’ personal information on our servers. Game data is stored locally on your device. PolyPine integrates Apple App Store / Sign in with Apple / Apple Pay and Google Play / Google Sign-In / Google Pay.
Third-party SDKs from Apple and Google may collect limited device and network information necessary to enable:
• App download/installation in App store;
• One-time game purchase (store purchase);
• Account login via Apple/Google (if you choose to use such features).
Typical data Apple / Google may collect via their SDKs and services, subject to your settings:
• Device information (e.g., device model, OS version);
• Network status ;
• Account-related information required for platform login and payment flows.
We do not receive or store your payment card details. Payments are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms and privacy policies. 3. How We Use Information
We do not process personal data on our servers. Apple / Google may use the information they collect to provide platform login, download, and purchase functionality, to process payments, and to operate their services, under their own privacy policies.
4. Data Storage and Location
Game progress and related data are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain server-side user profiles or databases for PolyPine. Any data collected by Apple / Google is stored and processed by those companies in locations they determine; please refer to their privacy policies for details.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, share, or disclose users' personal information to third parties. For platform functionality, Apple / Google may act as independent controllers of data they collect via their services.
6. Security
PolyPine stores game data locally on your device and does not transmit or keep user data on our servers. Your on‑device data is protected by protections provided by the device / OS vendor (e.g., app sandboxing and device/file encryption), which may vary by model, OS version, and your settings.
When you use Apple / Google login or payments, authentication and processing are secured by Apple or Google under their own programs. For Apple / Google account and payment security, refer to their security guidance.
7. International Data Transfers
We do not transfer personal data because we do not collect it on our servers. Apple / Google may transfer data internationally in accordance with their policies and applicable law.
8. Your Rights and Choices
PolyPine does not collect or store personal data on our servers and Game data is stored locally on your device. Accordingly, most data subject/consumer rights under GDPR/UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD and similar laws (e.g., access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, opt-out of sale/sharing, withdrawal of consent) requests should be directed to Apple or Google for data they process via platform login or payments.

9. Data Retention
We do not retain personal data on our servers. Any platform data retention is governed by Apple / Google.
10. Children's Privacy
PolyPine is not directed to children under the age of 13 (United States) or under the age defined as requiring parental consent in your jurisdiction (e.g., under 16 in many EU Member States/under 13–16 depending on local law under GDPR-K; under 18 in Japan; under 14 in South Korea; under 13 in the UK by default unless local law specifies otherwise). We do not operate our own account system and we do not maintain user databases on our servers. Access, login, purchases, and downloads may be processed by Apple and/or Google. Those services are provided and controlled by the respective platform providers, who may process personal data under their own privacy policies and terms. If you are under the applicable minimum age, you should use the Game only with verifiable parental consent and supervision and, where available, through Apple / Google family/parental controls.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy in the app or via other reasonable means before changes take effect. Your continued use of PolyPine signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.

13. Language
