Imperx Prepares for Launch: Artemis II

NASA is scheduled to deploy the Artemis II this April, the first crewed lunar mission in 50 years! Imperx’s ruggedized cameras will be aboard to capture the stage separation on the Orion Spacecraft and SLS rocket as it launches into space.

 This April, witness Imperx cameras in action on NASA’s Artemis II launch, the first crewed lunar mission in 50 years. The Imperx SPC-S2010, developed in part by NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center, along with 28 additional cameras will capture the stage separation on the Orion space craft. This will be a 10 day expedition with 4 astronauts that have stepped up for the challenge, including Reid Wiseman (Commander), Victor Glover (Pilot), Christina Koch (Mission Specialist), and Jeremy Hansen (Canadian Space Agent).
