The registration fees for the following categories: Delegates, Retired Person, Next Generation (i.e.: young professionals, full-time students) and Teachers include:

  • A congress badges
  • Final Programs (online access only)
  • Congress Proceedings (online access only)
  • 1 congress bag
  • Admission to the plenary program
  • Access to all scientific and technical sessions
  • Access to the exhibition hall
  • The welcome reception
  • The opening ceremony
  • The closing ceremony

To register as a Next Generation (i.e. student, young professional), teacher, or retiree, you will need to upload the required supporting documents:

  • Retired Person: proof of retirement, ID or passport
  • Young professionals: shall be under 35 years old, and must provide a copy of ID or passport
  • Full-Time students: must provide a copy of student cart, additional student documentation (such as a signed form from the student’s university) and ID or passport
  • Teachers: proof of status as well as documentation from their organization to confirm they are educators of primary or secondary level, and ID or passport. University Teachers/Professors cannot be considered under this category, and they will need to register with delegate fee

Accompanying Person:

  • The accompanying person is defined as a spouse, civil partner, or translator. Maximum 1 (one) per full-paying Delegate, Retired, or Young Professional.
  • Includes: Admission to the exhibit hall, plenary program, the closing ceremony, the opening ceremony, and the welcome reception. It DOES NOT include access to the technical sessions and GNF sessions.

Methods of Payment

Full payment in EUR (euro) is required at the time of registration, without any deduction for any currency conversion, VAT, bank charges or any other transaction charges. Your registration will only be completed when the specified fee is credited or received in full.

  • By Credit Card (VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Troy)
  • By Bank Transfer: please note bank details mentioned below. Please ensure that the money remitted is in full and that all transfer and bank fees are covered additionally.

Purpose of Payment: IAC2026 registration fee + Name and Surname of the Participant/s

To ensure that the full payment amount is received by us, please select “OUR” as the charge option when initiating your bank transfer.

Payments made under the OUR (All Charges to Sender) option ensure that:

  • All bank and intermediary bank charges are covered by the sender.
  • No deductions are made from the amount received by our organization.

Please note that payments made under the SHA or BEN options may result in bank charges being deducted from the transferred amount. This may lead to an underpayment and could cause delays in completing your registration or accommodation process.

Group Registration

Group registrations can be easily completed through the registration system, just like individual registrations. Simply select your preferred registration categories, enter the number of participants you wish to register, and add them to your registration cart. The remaining steps follow the same procedure as individual registrations. The system will guide you through each step of the process.

Group registration payments can be made online via the system or by bank transfer, depending on the preferred method. The early registration fee will be applied where the payment is received by June 26th 2026 even without participant's list. The deadline to submit the information of each group member is September 4th 2026. Until this date, name changes (change of member within the group) are free of charge. After this date, a name change fee of EUR 50 shall become applicable and payable for each case of change of any one member within the group.

Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions for Registrations

  • Notification of cancellation shall be made in writing and sent to the Congress Secretariat by sending an email to [email protected]. The notification shall include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.
  • If the written notification of cancellation is received on and/or before 7th August 2026 (within the working hours in Türkiye) a handling fee of 75 EUR will be deducted from the refund sum. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 7th August 2026.
  • The refund requests received by the Congress Secretariat by email on and/or before 7th August 2026 shall be evaluated and approved with the Host no later than 60 days after the Congress. No refund request received after 7th August 2026 will be processed.
  • Credit will not be given for unattended events or late termination of attendance. Refunds will be credited only to person / entity who / which paid the original registration. Reimbursement to or for the benefit of third parties is excluded.

How to Book Your Accommodation

For your hotel reservation in Antalya, Serenas Group is appointed as Official Housing Bureau of the 77thInternational Astronautical Congress (IAC 2026).

A number of hotel rooms at preferential rates in different price categories has been reserved in Belek, Antalya and surrounding areas for IAC 2026 delegates. Due to the huge hotel accommodation request, it is advised that you make your reservation as early as possible in order to have the best choice of available hotels.

Hotel Accommodation for Participants

Hotel reservation for individual participants and the groups are available via online registration system. Please visit online registration page at IAC 2026 website (www.iac2026.org)

Please note that telephone reservations will not be accepted.
