How do you structure our pricing?
All of our clients receive custom treatment and pricing, as every project is unique. We offer hourly rates, project-based quotes and options for retainers. We want to provide fair value for your projects, therefore we do not blanket quote, or misrepresent with general pricing.
Do you provide print services?
We proudly provide a comprehensive range of print services for just about anything that can be printed, from business cards to large format graphics and everything in between. As experienced designers, we have access to a vast network of trade printers across Canada, allowing us to manage the hard work and intricate details of your printing needs. You can relax knowing that we will ensure your finished products are delivered right to your door, worry-free and exactly as you envisioned them!
Can I talk directly to our designers?
You do have access to talk to our designers and discuss your projects directly. We do not place a high-priced sales team between you, your questions or requests.

What kind of website I you need?
Every site we build begins with a kick-off session to fully understand your needs. From there, we research and recommend the best platform, tools, and integrations to support your goals. Whether you’re looking for a simple informational site or one with online sales, memberships systems, portfolios, blogs, forums, and more, we’ll be here to guide you every step of the way.
How do I figure out what content goes your my site?
You don’t have copy or images for your new website – not a problem! We can assist you in creating content by first learning about you, your company, products and goals. We take this information and expand it using online industry research, strategic copy writing and photobanks.
What is a "responsive" website?
A responsive website is a website that automatically adjusts its layout, images, text and navigation so it looks good and works well on all devices such as a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. All of the websites we develop are responsive!
Can you build my website on WIX or Squarespace?
We can build you a site in any platform you prefer, though we highly recommend (except on specific occasions) to develop your site using professional level platforms such as WordPress. Subscription based “DIY” platforms can be great for simple sites, but are much harder to scale and often struggle keeping up with complex needs as a company grows.
Why we recommend WordPress.
Professional designers generally prefer more developer level, open-source website builders as they are highly customizable and already include thousands of plugins and themes which make it perfect for growing businesses and high-level expansion. Plus, the cost is generally the same or less in the end than using online, consumer level website builders.
What is SEO?
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is the process of improving your website so it shows up higher in Google and other search engines when people search for your products or services. The goal is to make it easier for the right people to find you online, without paying for ads. We incorporate initial SEO into all of our finished websites as part of the initial quote, with no surprise cost after the fact.

Do you create logos, or designs using AI?
We don’t take shortcuts by relying on AI to do the creative work. Every logo and we develop is thoughtfully crafted by our skilled design team, specifically for you. We use AI only as a research tool to ensure your logo is distinct, stands out from competitors, and gives you the best chance of securing a trademark as your business grows
Does AI design for you?
No, we create your designs. Our software is professional, powerful, and enhanced with AI-driven tools like plug-ins, automations, and advanced filters. While these features help speed up certain processes, they don’t replace the creative work itself. Every project still receives the personal care and attention to detail it deserves.
Do you use AI for marketing and SEO?
Absolutely! We use AI tools where they’re most effective. AI shines when it comes to handling the research-heavy and data-driven parts of SEO, such as keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, and performance tracking. By streamlining these processes, we can spend more of our time focusing on the creative strategy and personal details that truly set your business apart.
