I am looking for people that are passionate about dogs and like to spend time and work with dogs. A pack of 24 huskies is something different than having a pet dog at home. You will be able to join our animal assisted programs with kids and young adults and learn about it. We are a fit and active couple in our 70s who have recently bought a home (2021) right by the water on Lamb Island in Moreton Bay, 30km from Brisbane. It has great views over the bay and has good access to fishing, crabbing, safe swimming and boating. There is a fast and regular ferry to the mainland that takes 20 minutes. There are also several other islands nearby that can be explored including North Stradbroke Island that has wonderful beaches and walks and lots of wildlife including koalas, kangaroos, turtles and dolphin and - from June to October - humpback whales. Hi. We are Catherine and Jim. We have a house facing the sea in Liguria, an hour west of Genova. We also have a large friendly Weimaraner dog who is always with us. So, for you, liking dogs is important. We need some help - a single person - for 2026, for 10 to 14 days starting June 1st and going to the end of September. You can choose what dates are best for you. Work is mostly in the garden and other small, easy household jobs- 5 hours per day, 5 days per week. 2 days off per week. We often take walks with the dog and some trips to nearby nice cities and would be happy to include you. The beaches are nice too here. And this is a good place to start an exploration of the west coast of Liguria including Genova. There is good train service with a nearby station.
