Haunters Against Hate

Because Hate is the Scariest Thing of All

01. SERVICES

Our Mission

Haunters Against Hate is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ communities nationwide, with a special focus on youth. We provide grants to local nonprofits and aim to eliminate prejudice, discrimination, and hate against the LGBTQ+ community while educating the public about LGBTQ+ culture.

Our funding comes from individual donations, merchandise sales at horror conventions, special events at haunted attractions, memberships, and our Book of Haunters series. As we continue to expand our reach and grant-making abilities, we need your support to help us make a bigger impact in these communities.

  • Provide more and larger grants.
  • Have a presence at more cons to cultivate more donors and promote our mission.
  • Continue to have our own Haunters Against Hate events (“HAH: the Event”).
  • Create more merchandising for purchase and awarenesss.
  • Continue our popular Book of Haunters series, which now has nine volumes.

“It is easy to support a group like HAH

As they constantly bring love and support to people that are often marginalized and overlooked in our industry and society at large.”

“Since HAH’s inception, I’ve embraced all walks of life

as I feel that it is better to provide understanding and compassion to every human regardless of their preferences than to waste energy on hate.”
