Harlo was engaged by Evergreen Energy to design and develop a website for the Portland Clean Energy Fund (PCEF) Energy Friendly Homes program. The site supports a community initiative that provides eligible residents with funding for home energy retrofits, helping them reduce energy consumption for heating and cooling.
The website includes built-in language translation, a custom eligibility and enrollment tool, and a comprehensive contractor resource hub. Powered by a full content management system, it gives PCEF a secure, user-friendly dashboard to easily manage and update all site content.
