To strengthen our business development team, we are looking for a


Junior License Coordinator

based in Erlangen, Germany.

You will support the management of licensing partnerships and ensure smooth coordination of all related processes. You will work closely with the Account Manager and contribute to maintaining strong relationships with international partners through structured communication, documentation, and operational support.


Job Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and administration of international licensing partnerships
  • Maintain and update partner records, agreements, and communication in internal systems
  • Assist with day-to-day partner communication via email, phone, and occasional meetings
  • Prepare documents, reports, and materials related to licensing activities
  • Ensure all licensing data and documentation are accurate, complete, and well-structured
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
  • Support the team during industry events, trade shows, and partner visits (Germany & abroad)


Expected Qualifications

  • Initial experience in administration, coordination, or account support, or strong motivation to grow in this area
  • Interest in agriculture or experience in an agriculture-related environment is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented mindset
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with international partners
  • Fluent English and native-level German


What would be a plus?

  • Interest in video games
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Class B driver’s license
  • Portuguese or Spanish communication skills
