About the GACEP (formerly ABPM) Community

Founded in 1994, the Global Association of Customer Engagement Professionals (GACEP, formerly ABPM) is a global community of professionals who curate highly customized, customer-centric conversations between small groups of key decision-makers from their company's high-potential accounts and the right people internally who have a deep understanding of that customer's business challenges and opportunities. GACEP members are dedicated to sharing Briefing and Customer Engagement Program knowledge and best practices and highly value openness and collaboration, which are essential to the success and impact of their programs.
