The following is my usage scenarios.USB to  switching relay[the pin D0~D3 connect 4 relays].
PC sending data to FT245R through usb captable,I can capture usb message with wireshark,but swtiching relay not run.
I use  oscilloscope,found  wave variation about the pin [USBDM,USBDP],but the pin[D0~D3] not.
