Australian Women’s Match Racing Championship Returns
to Fremantle
Fremantle Sailing Club is proud to once again host the Australian Women’s Match Racing Championship, returning to Fremantle from 10-13 September 2026, in partnership with Australia Sailing.
Following a standout 2025 event, FSC’s Women’s Racing and Mentorship Program (RAMP) team, skippered by Nia Jerwood, claimed the national title on home waters and the championship now returns for a second consecutive year at FSC.
Requests for invitations will open in early 2026.

Featuring OK Dinghy, 505, and 470 classes, the regatta has already drawn international OK Dinghy entries, with buzz building around global 505 participation. Proudly supported by Harken, North Sails, Helly Hansen, and Monkeyfist, this high-performance event promises world-class racing in iconic conditions.
