TRUMP COMMITMENT TRACKER

Family Research Council Action (FRC Action) is announcing the Trump Commitment Tracker. This tool will monitor many of the commitments made by the Trump campaign during the 2024 election, checking them off when fulfilled.

During President Trump's first term, he made it a priority to keep the commitments he made to the American people by checking them off one-by-one on a white board situated in a room nearby the Oval Office. FRC Action monitored his administration's actions on issues important to our country’s moral and social well-being, such as life, family, and religious freedom. During his second term, we will also be tracking commitments related to gender ideology, free speech, immigration, education, national defense, the economy, and more.

Keep men out of women's sports

Recognize the two sexes, male and female.

Challenge California law allowing minors from out of state to undergo gender transitions

Revoke Biden Administration policies on “gender affirming care”

Issue new executive order instructing federal government to stop promotion of gender transition programs at any age

Hospitals and health care providers that offered gender transitions to minors will be barred from Medicaid and Medicare

Support the creation of a private right of action for detransitioners to sue the hospital or health care provider that performed their gender transition

Investigate Big Pharma and large hospital networks for potentially covering up side effects of gender transitions, including the use of off-label drugs as puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones

Redirect funds used to house illegal aliens to instead be used to house American veterans

Stop abuse of parole authority, make illegal aliens ineligible for public housing, terminate work permits

End President Biden's electric car mandate, keep American auto manufacturing jobs at home

Pardon, or commute the sentences, of pro-lifers convicted under the FACE Act by the Biden-Harris DOJ

Prevent teachers and school officials from suggesting a student may be trapped in the wrong body

Promote education centered on the nuclear family, and teach children about the important roles of fathers and mothers, and the differences and uniqueness of men and women

Pursue death penalty for "violent rapists, murderers and monsters"

Prohibit federal agencies from colluding with any organization, business, or person, to censor, limit, categorize, or impede the lawful speech of American citizens

Ban federal funds from being used to label speech as misinformation

Direct the DOJ to investigate all parties involved online censorship and to aggressively prosecute any and all crimes identified

Allow homeschooling families to use up to $10,000 in 529 Education Savings Accounts for homeschooling costs

Allow homeschoolers access to all benefits associated with non-homeschooled students such as participation in athletic programs, clubs, afterschool activities, educational trips, etc.

Cut federal funding for any school or program pushing Critical Race Theory, gender ideology, or other inappropriate racial, sexual, or political content

Create the "American Academy", a non-woke online university available to American citizens

Pursue potential violations of the Establishment Clause and the Free Exercise Clause of the Constitution where Marxist philosophy is taught

Direct DOJ and DOE to open Civil Rights investigations into any school district that has engaged in race-based discrimination

Remove the radicals, zealots, and Marxists who have infiltrated the DOE

Implement funding preferences and favorable treatment for all states/school districts that make reforms like cutting DEI and adopting a Parental Bill of Rights

Fire leftist university accreditors

Use DOJ to prosecute racial discrimination, levying heavy fines on university endowments up to the entire university endowment

End President Biden's Power Plant Rule

Modernize the electric grid

Implement rapid approvals for energy projects, and allow the construction of new power plants

Declare a National Emergency to increase domestic energy supply

Bring back production of essential medicines to America

Establish a commission charged with investigating what is causing increase in chronic illnesses

Secure the border

Take on the cartels

Use Title 42 to end child trafficking and return trafficked children to their families in their home countries

End CAFE fuel economy standards

Leave the Paris Climate Accords

Refill U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve

Establish universal baseline tariffs on imported goods

Seek reimbursement from Europe for replenishing U.S. ammunition stockpiles

Ask federal agencies to identify wasteful budget authority

Create sovereign wealth fund

Appoint a special task force to review cases of political prisoners for possible pardons or commutations of sentences

Commute the sentence of Ross Ulbrich to a sentence of time served

Withdraw from the World Health Organization

Reject the World Health Organization's Pandemic Agreement

Prevent the Treasury Department/IRS from using the Johnson Amendment to interfere with the free speech of religious leaders

Set up task force to confront anti-Christian bias

Renegotiate the terms of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) free trade deal

Change the name of Fort Liberty back to Fort Bragg
