Urban Rooms

Open every Wednesday – Friday

The city belongs to everyone. And everyone should have a voice in the conversation about its future. We have created the Urban Rooms to help make that possible, with something for all ages, including free making materials, soft play, Lego – and much more.

Every city needs a place where people can come together to debate its future.

– Sir Terry Farrell (1938–2025)

Instigated by renowned architect-planner Sir Terry Farrell, the Farrell Centre’s mission is to widen the debate around the crucial roles that architecture and planning play in the contemporary world.
