The FGI is pleased to welcome its newest Manufacturer Member, Canadian General Tower (CGT). Since 1869, CGT has been one of the world’s leading producers of polymeric coated fabrics and films for automotive and industrial applications in the global marketplace. CGT is a leading global supplier of primary and secondary containment films. CGT produces customizable PVC products, designed to withstand exposure to a variety of environmental conditions and fluids. CGT liners have been used successfully in a range of applications and projects including agriculture, aquaculture, potable water tank lining, mining evaporation ponds, landfill lining, chemical storage, chemical spill protection, wastewater and stormwater reservoirs and others. FGI Welcomes California Water Boards!!
The FGI is pleased to welcome its newest Government/Regulatory Member the California State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board). The State Water Board and the nine Regional Water Quality Control Boards, collectively known as the California Water Boards, are dedicated to a single vision: preserve, enhance and protect water resources for beneficial uses to sustain California's future. The California Water Boards have regulatory responsibility for protecting the water quality of nearly 1.6 million acres of lakes, 1.3 million acres of bays and estuaries, 211,000 miles of rivers and streams, 1,100 miles of California coastline, and extensive groundwater resources. The State Water Board is located in Sacramento, California and their FGI liaison is Josh Munn, Engineering Geologist, who can be reached at joshua.munn@waterboards.ca.gov.
