(PHP ActiveX) Transition from Crypt2.GetSignerCert to Crypt2.LastSignerCert

Provides instructions for replacing deprecated GetSignerCert method calls with LastSignerCert.

Note: This example requires Chilkat v11.0.0 or greater.
