Eileen's Tips for the Best Breakfast Sliders

    • Do not overcook the eggs; keep them soft since they will bake again.
    • Use good-quality pretzel buns for the best texture.
    • Brush the butter mixture evenly so every bun gets flavor.
    • Let the sliders rest for a few minutes before serving.
    • Cook the bacon until crisp so it holds its texture.

    Vary the Breakfast Slider Ingredients

Do you want to change up this recipe?

    • Cheese: Swap Colby Jack for cheddar, pepper jack, or Swiss.
    • Protein: Use turkey sausage or chicken sausage instead of pork.
    • Vegetables: Add sautéed onions, sautéed mushrooms, or bell peppers for extra flavor.
    • Spice: Make it spicy with a dash of hot sauce or red pepper flakes.
    • Slider Buns: Try croissant sliders or Hawaiian Roll Sliders.
    • Vegetarian: Leave out the sausage and bacon and add extra vegetables such as roasted peppers or grilled asparagus.
