How In-Home Occupational Therapy Works
We organise an initial consultation with all our prospective participants to learn more about you and the services you require, as well as what you hope to achieve through occupational therapy at home. Many sessions begin with an occupational therapy home assessment so we understand how you manage daily tasks in your own environment.
From there we develop an individualised occupational therapy plan to help you reach your goals and needs. This plan is devised through collaboration between you and our occupational therapists, as well as the relevant professionals, caregivers, and family members.
