One Book, One Town & National Library Week Celebration

Thank you to everyone who supported our joint fundraiser with EQDG! We had an amazing time at Cadence enjoying great food and drinks and even better company. Whether you purchased a ticket, made a donation, bid on an auction item, or participated in our book/wine puill or raffle, you helped each of our organizations raise thousands of dollars to support each of our missions in Downers Grove.

Join us for a Spring Soirée!

The Downers Grove Public Library Foundation is excited to partner with EQualityDowners Grove to host a Spring Soirée at Cadence Kitchen on Sunday, April 19 from 5-8pm. “When Masks Fall, We Bloom!” combines EQDG’s fourth annual “One Book One Town” initiative with a celebration of National Library Week 2026. We’ll have great food, specialty cocktails, a DJ, silent auction, raffle, and more.

Event proceeds will benefit both organizations and their missions within Downers Grove.
