- Download and install the application on your Windows PC.
- Launch the utility with double click on the software icon located on the desktop and you will get a window like this.
Authentication
- You need to enter your username and passowrd to authenticate.
Select Folder
- Select the folder that you want to backup specifically, or select All Folders option to export complete data.
Export Type
- You can export data in PST, EML, EMLX, MSG, HTML, MHTML and MBOX file format
- while exporting in MBOX file, you can export a single or multiple file
Output File Location
- After selecting a suitable option, select a loaction for the output loaction –
Final Steps
- After completing all the steps above, click on the Convert Now button
