Pervy ex-congressman Eric Swalwell sent nude photos and videos of himself masturbating and regularly slid into the DMs of random women — all while he was married — as lurid details of his alleged creepy conduct continue to spill out.
Swalwell, who was once crowned the “Snapchat King of Congress,” shared unsolicited nudes with several woman as a married East Bay congressman and held meetings at chain restaurant Hooters known for scantily clad waitresses — leading ex-colleagues to brand him a “Jekyll and Hyde” figure who harassed women privately while crusading for equal rights in public.

Swalwell’s attempted sexual conquests included a 19-year-old waitress in Los Angeles who was “stunned” to receive a LinkedIn message from the powerful Democratic lawmaker after interacting with him only briefly at an event, according to CNN.
Another young congressional staffer said Swalwell sent her “flirty” messages on Snapchat starting in 2021, after she had left Capitol Hill.
The two had sex in hotels over the years and he subsequently sent her “nude photos of himself and videos of him masturbating” that the woman later showed to CNN. CNN declined to air the explosive footage.

Swalwell has kept a low profile since allegations against him became public, but his wife Watts was seen in Mexico last month.
“His stories would be his, like, congressional content, but then he would be sending me dick pics,” she recalled.
Aziz Ansari, the attorney for the disgraced congressman, confirmed the 45-year-old had extramarital contact with “women,” but insisted the relationships were ”consensual” while ”categorically and unequivocally” denying allegations of sexual misconduct and assault.
“He had extramarital contact with women. He’s not denying that,” Swalwell’s attorney told CNN. “But that’s very different than engaging in nonconsensual sexual misconduct.”
Swalwell has vehemently denied the allegations, alluding only to “mistakes” between him “and his wife,” the hospitality entrepreneur Brittany Watts.
The East Bay politician resigned from Congress and ended his bid for governor last month. And questions remain over whether he used donor money in his allegedly criminal encounters with women.
Swalwell racked up $500,000 in charges at hotels during his time in Congress, according to campaign records.
He frequently used campaign funds to pay for jaunts to Las Vegas, New York and Los Angeles — including the hotel where he was accused of sexual assault by model Lonna Drewes — he also racked up a $6,000 bill on booze delivery alone.
The former Democratic rising star was even known to hold work meetings at a local Hooters in Dublin, California when he first ran for Congress in 2012 — which allegedly creeped out colleagues.
“I hope he stops meeting at Hooters,” Cheri Greven, his former political director thought at the time, according to CNN.
Swalwell has reportedly continued messaging women on Snapchat after his resignation from Congress — confronting one over why she had screenshotted his “snap,” according to one such message seen by CNN.
