The College Station ISD Board of Trustees will hold its monthly workshop (5 p.m.) and regular meeting (7 p.m.) on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 in the CSISD Boardroom (1812 Welsh Ave., College Station, Texas). The meetings will be livestreamed for public access on the district's YouTube channel.

More than 500 South Knoll Elementary students left a lasting mark on their school through Seeds of Happiness, an art installation featuring individual smiley-face creations from every kindergarten through fourth-grade student.

Pecan Trail Intermediate School student Caroline Hu represented College Station ISD on the national stage at the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C. Hu advanced to the third round of competition, completed the challenging written test, and finished with a national ranking of 96th in her first appearance at the national event.

CSISD students took the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR) earlier this spring, and soon parents will received their child's results. Parents will recieve an email with their child's unique access code and can log in and learn more at the Texas Assessment website.

College Station ISD will provide breakfast and lunch this summer at select community feeding sites for children 18 years of age and younger as part of the Seamless Summer Meal Program.
Meals are available at no charge to any child 18 and under. No registration or identification is required. Families do not need to provide a name or complete paperwork to participate.

Creek View Elementary School was recently recognized by Solution Tree as a Promising Practices Professional Learning Community at Work® for its success in raising student achievement. The school’s commitment to implementing the PLC at Work process has been a major contributing factor in making a visible, positive impact on student learning.
