An admin connects a single shared Canva account in ContactMonkey Settings. Once that connection is active, every user in your org can browse and insert designs from that account while building emails, without needing their own Canva login.
No. The integration uses one org-level Canva connection managed by an admin. Individual email creators access Canva designs through that shared connection inside ContactMonkey, so there is no per-user login required.
We recommend connecting a service or shared Canva account rather than a personal one. This ensures access to your designs is not tied to any individual employee, and remains stable when people change roles or leave the organization.
The Canva integration is available on ContactMonkey's Grow and Enterprise plans. It is not a separate add-on. If you are on a legacy Enterprise plan, contact your CSM to get access enabled.
No. ContactMonkey handles asset delivery in a way that ensures images inserted from Canva remain intact in your sent emails. You do not need to worry about Canva's native image URLs expiring after the send.
Not in the current release. The integration lets you browse and insert Canva designs directly into your emails. The ability to open and edit a design in Canva without leaving the workflow is something we are exploring as a future enhancement.
