I was eating breakfast out this morning and in the restaurant were all these veterans.

It gave me pause to look around at the watch caps on their heads. The names of their ships, carriers, platoons.  As a former military wife, I know the suffering that your families went through while you were away diligently serving our country.

To all those who went to war and returned home.  Thank you for your dedication and your decision to risk your life for mine.  To all those now serving our great country I salute you and thank God we have such men and women of honor protecting us from harm.  For those who did not return home, may God grant you eternal peace.

Just lost 7 more pounds, still soft and cuddly but no longer in BBW class.  WOOT!!!!!!

One more thing, then rant is over.  What is with all the youngsters who think they can dominate me.  I want and need a real man, not someone who is young enough to be my kid.....So, if you are under 50 stop with the messages....OK DONE....

As I read profiles, I am amazed how many people cannot spell on here, especially when you have the underline under the word.  Does anyone know correct English?  Also amazed at the horrible photos Dominants put on their profiles.  I am no beauty queen, but do not have to wear a paper bag over my face either....LOL

Hard to believe I have turned 59 years young today....where does time go.

The computer died, just got it back yesterday. 

Another 30 mins at the gym doing the circuit training, boy am I pooped.  Also spent 20 minutes on abs. 

Well good news from the doc. have lost more weight, but am having to lose 20 more pounds by May.  To that goal I have joined a gym and am getting back into exercise. going daily.

Devastation in Southern Indiana.  It is awful.  The tornado's were very intense and wild.  It was extremely scary. 

woot another 10 pounds gone.  Excited.
