Ok, why do so many people take the word No, as the start of negotiations? I can see "maybe", or "I'm not sure" but No means No. If someone says no politely it doesn't mean they are on the fence and can be turned, it just means they are polite. pestering someone that has said no is not in my opinion going to make them change their mind. It's only going to change their attitude from being polite to being rude. |
