Would be nice if the insurance company wouldn't keep me in the dark over my accident.

Just received a letter that they are working on my settlement. I think that 3months is a little long to even notify me.

Because of my accident, I'm out of a car and out of the money to purchase another.

All I want is my down payment back so I can replace my car. Since this accident was not

My fault, I think it's the least I'm deserving. What kind of lawyer do I need? Do I even have a case??
