I am a major supporter of education, partially because I still remember what it is like to be an information-starved newbie, and partially because I'm something of a knowledge/self-improvement junkie. I believe in always learning and improving, trying to be the best person I can be. Generally I suck at this when it comes to emotional/social things and am much better when it comes to intellectual and organizational things. Hence my love of working behind the scenes to organize all the awesome that goes on at the Shed!
I am a bootblack, licensed (but not practicing) massage therapist, laboratory technologist, and submissive. The list of things I would like to learn to be is far too long for anyone's attention span and is the reason I always wish there was more time in the day.

I like that the lyrics are from the perspective of someone who can be strong and powerful.... but I also first heard this song at a time when I needed to remember that I am only human.
I like to have at least met people who are in my friends list rather than just have a collection of profiles.
