Guys, this is why you don't get answers...this is why i rarely respond to anyone. i am crazy because i am turned *OFF* by someone like this? This is 95% of how my politeness is received.

Sorry, dude, don't go away angry...just go away. If trying to be polite is crazy, easily fixed...i won't bother at all.

But i think facts speak for themselves...repeatedly emailing someone who is not interested, then calling them names is sane?

i first met them the summer i was 17. i was walking home from school and they were remodelling a house. A few days in a row...one day they were working on the front porch, both on the roof, and they asked me if i could pass them up some 1 x 4's. i took a few steps up the ladder, they were appreciative. We started waving as I walked by.

A week or two later, they were still working on the front of the house and one day as i walked by they asked me if i wanted to make some money helping them. They invited me into the yard and were easily friendly. i had no idea that they were gay. They just seemed like two ordinary men working on a house, perhaps a dozen years older than i was.

i spent the next weekend helping them renovate inside. They paid well, but not richly. At the end of each day they ordered pizza, with root beer for me.

Over the summer i helped with various jobs, mowed the lawn. Some weeks would go by with no work, the next they might have me over 3 or 4 days in a row. I worked part-time at a Burger King, and the summer happened by.

In August they were away for a week. They asked me to check on the place, water the garden. In September I turned 18, and that fall spent a great deal of time with them.

Professionally, I am a lawyer and am outwardly very normal, intelligent, well-read...
