First off, a couple of don'ts. Please don't start off your message to me addressing me as "Ma'am" or "Mistress". Not only do I not particularly care for those names, but you aren't my sub yet, so don't presume.

Now that I have hopefully addressed all of the various flavors of asshole I have so far encountered:
