After some time on here, I finally crack open the journal to type a few words.
First off, to the wonderful folks I have corresponded with, thank you. You have restored my faith, that intelligent conversation is not dead. That it indeed can fire the imagination and breathe life into a life filled with travel and too much work.
Truly I am not looking, I've lived long enough to know, for myself, that I have always limited my options when I over define what I am looking for.
For the folks that get discouraged on this site, keep the faith. A simple "no thanks" or in extreme cases the "ignore" feature is your friend.
Finally one rant.
"Real" is subjective. Believe me, for every nut there is a wrench.
