CORNER TIME

 An essential and very effective discipline is Corner Time. The minutes that you spend, nose to the wall, thinking about what you did and how to change your behavior, with no other stimuli to distract you, is important in calling out your bratty, petulant or surly girlishness  and forcing logic to the forefront.

 Corner Time can be a stand alone punishment, or it can be before a spanking, after a spanking, and I always accompany it with a lecture or two. And I make sure you understand why you stood there.
