Something I have thought about sometime.

TEN WARNING SIGNS:
1.  They only make time for you when it’s convenient for them.
2.  They hold your past against you.
3.  You feel trapped.
4.  They discredit your dreams and abilities.
5.  They have lied to you more than once.
6.  Their negativity is rubbing off on you.
7.   They are  envious of what  you have.
8.  They motivate you to be judgmental & hateful.
9.  They want you to be someone else.
10. The rules keep changing

If you feel demoralized and exhausted after being together, something’s wrong…

Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.

Dont tell me you love unless you mean it
Dont push me to the side like yesterday's trash
Dont  leave  me in the Dark alone
Dont  let me fall without catching me
Dont  tell me what you think i  want to hear when its a lie

Do be honest with me
Do treat me   with respect
Do  let me in if you say you love me
Do wipe my tears and  hold me  reassure me
Do protect me and make me feel safe

Actions speak louder than words.
