It's going to be another fantastic day.

Gotta laugh at all of these ranting entries that say "won't do this, won't do that" and get angry because people take a chance and message them. Well, right wrong or indifferent, people are going to message you.  If you don't want to be messaged, then remove your profile and stop acting like a 5 year old throwing a temper tantrum. Grow the hell up and act like an adult and maybe someone who fits, will write to you. Personally, even if some of these entries fit in with what I was looking for, because of their snotty rants, I wouldn't waste good typing time to send them a hello. I'm sure there are others out there that feel the same.

End of another beautiful weekend.  Back to work tomorrow. Spending the evening watching "The Longest Day", one of my favorite old movies.

Happy 234th Birthday USA. Let's hope we make it to 235.

Up at 0430 this morning, 2 hour drive to Tybee Beach pier to fish.  Too windy and choppy, stayed about an hour and a half then chucked it in.  Guess I'll go drown more dead shrimp next Saturday :P Weather is starting to cloud over a bit, supposed to be sunny/rainy this weekend.  Figures, Savannah is the only place I've ever been where it can rain down one barrel of a double barreled shotgun and the other side doesn't even get moist. Happy 234th America, remember those who fight and have fought for the freedoms you enjoy today.

Having read through a number of other journals, there seems to be a common thread. 1.  If you are not interested, at least have the common fucking courtesy to say so. 2.  ACTING like you're interested and then blocking the person that contacted  you WITHOUT provocation is NOT acceptable.  If you do things like that then you are part of the problem and should take your game playing ass elsewhere. 3.  If someone, Free or slave, takes the time to indicate an interest, then have the human decency to respond in kind.  Something, anything other than silence is acceptable.  4.  If you cannot do the things necessary to show that you have at least a common thread of decency in you, then do the rest of the community a favor and remove your ass from the site.

Seems to be alot of "deaf" slaves around here lately. Stormy night in Georgia (surprise surprise).  Knocked my power out for a bit but thankfully it's back on.
