I believe that dominance is as much mental as it is physical. I am respectable, former military, very firm, but fair. I believe in dishing out rewards, as well as punishments.
I want a submissive/slave that knows her place, or can be taught it. Someone open minded, takes direction well, is respectful, responsible, and respectable. A submissive/slave is a direct representation of her Dom/Master both in and out of the session, and she should hold herself to a very high and proud standard. A slave chooses to give herself. Once she does, she does so completely.
A true Dom/Master earns respect and obedience. He takes what will be given freely to him eventually. I want her to desire Me, as I do her. I want to mold, teach, train, and affirm her into what I desire. I want to improve and enhance her life, and I want her to do the same for Me. I want her to service and honor Me, not out of fear, but respect and caring and because its what she truly desires. She should fear disappointing me moreso then the actual punishment, should she do wrong. I want her to be proud to be called My slave/sub, wear my collar (or mark or whatever) with pride, knowing that she belongs to Me.
