What does your profile name mean?....
Rather than what some have come to believe, it is not an attempt at anonymity.
It is an acronymfor.....Master, Daddy, Owner,? Equalitarian

What is an Equalitarian?....
?
It is a leadership style. Just like, authoritarian and democratic are leadership styles.
An equalitarian dominant is a dominant that controls, by guiding, leading and mentorship/mentoring.?
I tend to lean towards the mentorship/mentoring aspect of this leadership style.

What does mentorship/mentoring mean to you (me)....

In this I defer to the definition, posted by Wikipedia:
Mentorship is a XHTTPX//en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personal_development relationship in which a more experienced or more knowledgeable person helps to guide a less experienced or less knowledgeable person. However, true mentoring is more than just answering occasional questions or providing ad hoc help. It is about an ongoing relationship of learning, dialog, and challenge.
