Contract of Voluntary Slavery
Section 1: BINDING AGREEMENT
I, the undersigned, herein referred to as slave or it,

bind itself totally and completely, WITHOUT limits, into slavery to the holder of this Contract, hereinafter known as the OWNER, MASTER/MISTRESS, SIR/MADAM, HE/SHE or HIM/HER.
The slave understand that only one original copy of this contract exist and that whoever is in its possession will be its undisputed OWNER and that HE/SHE will be in the rightful position to exercise and enjoy the terms herein established.
The slave understand that it will be used as a sex slave for sex, as a servant for domestic chores and duties, as a working slave for any work its OWNER wants it to do, even if this work is related to the porn industry and also as a pain slave for bondage and discipline, punishment, beating and torture sessions that will be real, inescapable, unstoppable and also painful.
The slave understand that by signing this Contract, it become the legal property, possession, merchandise, chattel and slave of its OWNER.
The slave understands that once this Contract is signed, the life that it once knew will no longer exist and that all its actions, thoughts and emotions will be dictated by its OWNER and that it will be focused 24/7/365 on serving, obeying and pleasing HIM/HER.
With full understanding of the meanings and implications of this Contract, the slave specifically desire and request the control delineated and the activities mentioned herein.
The slave also specifically desire and request its OWNER to force it to comply, at all times, if necessary, by using any means at its OWNER disposal WITHOUT limits.
The slave certify that it is at least 18 years old, that it is not, at the signature of this Contract, physically or mentally impaired by influence of drugs, including alcohol, or other reason where it does not know what it is doing and that it is legally and mentally competent to Contract in its own name.
The slave certify that it is signing this document of its own free will, without coercion or pressure of any kind and that no one has made any promises, guarantees, warranties or threats or offered inducements of any kind to force it to sign this Contract.
The slave acknowledge receipt of one pound (£1,00) and this is, to it, sufficient compensation.
Section 2: INTERPRETIVE DISCUSSION
The slave understand that governments prohibits slavery and involuntary servitude. Nevertheless, for its own purposes, it desire, irrevocably, to become and be a slave.
The slave willingly give up any and all rights of any kind and deion and specifically waive any and all protection in law or equity, any constitutional rights or protections and any other rule or regulation that would in any way prevent its OWNER from having total control over every aspect of its life.
The slave certify that its body, mind and soul from this day, will be the absolute total property of its OWNER.
In the strongest language, the slave specifically request the courts, the law and government not to interfere and to not protect it from the consequences of this decision.
Even if a court of law tries to intervene, the slave declares that it will not be truly free if its OWNER does not give its consent.
The slave will consider any attempt by an outside authority to limit its OWNER's rights and prerogatives under this Contract to be an unwarranted interference with the slave legal human rights, with its right to live as it see fit.
If any part of this Contract was to be held invalid by a court of law, the remainder stands as written and the invalid part is changed as slightly as possible to give the slave's OWNER as much latitude and as many rights and privileges as possible.
If there was a disagreement between the OWNER and its slave on the terms of this Contract or any of its clauses or on the clauses contained within the “Rules of slavery” document, then in all circumstances, the OWNER's decision is final.
The slave desire to be placed in a position where, as soon as it sign this contract, it CANNOT change its mind EVER and where it can never leave slavery unless its OWNER set it free.
Recognizing that a government may not allow a totally irrevocable Contract, no matter how much the slave want one, it agree to the following clause.
The slave can free itself of this Contract and of its slavery to its OWNER if:
Its basic needs in terms of food or water are not fulfilled.
It is seriously or permanently injured by its OWNER or any other person who has been given temporary or permanent authority over it, in a way that requires serious medical attention and more than 3 days of hospitalization.
It is not disciplined, punished, beaten or tortured at least once a week by its OWNER or by someone who has been given temporary or permanent authority over it.
This last clause cannot be invoked if for some reason, the OWNER is away for a period of time, as long as this period of time doesn't exceed 6 months.
Section 3: CANCELLATION OF THIS CONTRACT AND LOAN, TRADE OR SALE OF THE slave
Cancellation of this Contract
This Contract may be cancelled by the OWNER of the slave, at any time, with or without reason.
Loan, trade, give away or sale of the slave
If the OWNER desire, at any given time, to lend, give away, trade or sell the slave to any other person, it can do so without its consent.
The slave is obliged to agree to any of these and cannot choose to end this Contract if its OWNER desire to discontinue its ownership of it and to give it away, trade it or sell it.
No matter what type of slavery the slave enters in with its new OWNER, it will accept its position in slavery and will serve its new OWNER to the fullest extent of its ability, just like it has done with his previous OWNER.
Once its sale or trade to a new OWNER is completed or once it has been given away, it will then be the property of the new OWNER and ALL provisions of this Contract will remain fully intact.
Section 4: COMPLETE AREA OF CONTROL OVER THE slave
The OWNER has absolute, total and complete control in every area over the slave.
Signing this Contract will be the last thing the slave will do of its own free will, the last decision it makes as a human being before becoming a slave.
The slave hereby totally submits to its OWNER without limits and without reservation and agrees to obey HIM/HER completely, willingly, to the best of its ability, at all times and in every way.
The slave specifically requests and authorizes its OWNER to use force to compel its obedience, if necessary, with torture and daily beatings and any other method HE/SHE desires to use.
The slave specifically requests and authorizes its OWNER to ignore anything it may say or do that might in any way be considered a refusal or retraction on its part.
Section 5: slave's TYPE
The slave will be used and abused as a hardcore slave with ABSOLUTELY NO rights and NO limits except what limits its OWNER sets for it.
The slave will be seen and treated like its OWNER's property, possession, merchandise and chattel.
Section 6: slave's GENDER
The slave will take hormones and will undertake any surgery requested by its OWNER until it becomes a woman or a shemale, depending on its OWNER's choice.
Section 7: slave's NAME
The OWNER has the exclusive right to change, legally or not, the slave name to anything HE/SHE desires to call it, whether it is a new name or something more suitable to its lowly status as a slave, such as bitch, slut, whore, pussy, piece of shit, etc...
The slave will accept its new name and never question it and if asked by anyone, it will never deny its name or his status of property, except when at work or with its family.
Section 8: slave's BODY AND MIND
The slave's body, mind and soul becomes property of its OWNER to do with as HE/SHE wishes, within the limits set by HIM/HER in this Contract.
The slave will exist for nothing more than the purpose of existing for its OWNER, to serve, please and obey HIM/HER always.
Therefore, the slave's body will be available, at any time, to use and abuse at its OWNER's desires, except when the slave is at work or with its family.
The OWNER has the exclusive right to dictate tattoos, body piercings, brandings or any other body modifications, like implants, hormones, castration or sex change that the slave will receive.
The slave's opinions on style, type, size, placement, etc... of any of those means nothing to its OWNER.
The slave understand that it will maintain an attractive physique for its OWNER's pleasure and that HE/SHE may give it exercise requirements whenever HE/SHE sees fit.
Section 9: slave's CHASTITY
The slave understands that, sexually, its purpose is to please and that its pleasure is secondary and means absolutely nothing to its OWNER.
The slave understand that the primary intention of the OWNER is to maintain and use it in a manner that will never allow it to enjoy the pleasures of intercourse or use its penis to have intercourse with any gender or other slave.
The slave understand that it will live under the rule of sexual deprivation and that it will wear a chastity device 24/7/365 that will only be unlocked by its OWNER when HE/SHE wishes it to be unlocked.
The slave understand that it will not masturbate, cum or have any sexual release without express permission from its OWNER.
The slave understand that the chastity device will be often inspected by its OWNER and that if the chastity device has been tampered with or if it has been caught masturbating, it will result in the slave being severely punished.
The slave understands that its OWNER may not allow it to cum for days, weeks or months at a time and that it will be forbidden from asking for relief on pain of the same punishment it will receive for unauthorized masturbation.
The slave understand that it will only experience orgasms through prostate milking, via insertions of an aneros massager or from anal penetration from dildo or cocks and that it will have to consume the ejaculate.
The slave understand that, at its OWNER's discretion, it may be castrated.
Section 10: slave's HYGIENE
The slave understand that it will be required to maintain its body, from below its eyebrows to its feet, completely hair free, preferably by using any method of permanent hair removal.
The slave understand that it will only use female hygiene products and that it will maintain, at all times, his toe nails painted with a colour approved by its OWNER.
The slave understand that it will wear his hair in a feminine manner, approved by its OWER, and that it will wear make up at all times, except when at work or with its family.
Section 11: slave's CLOTHING
The slave understand that its OWNER will select all its clothing and that it will only be allowed to purchase and to wear clothing approved by HIM/HER.
The slave understand that, if required by its OWNER, it will have to ask HIM/HER what it has to wear.
The slave understand that it will wear woman clothing at all times, in private as well as in public, which include female swimsuit at the pool or at the beach and nightgowns or babydoll at night when it is directed to sleep, except if:
it holds regular employment and it is not allowed to wear woman clothing at his workplace or if its manager or colleagues are not aware of its condition as a transgender.
When visiting or receiving its family if they are not aware of its condition as a transgender.
In both cases, the slave will wear feminine underwear underneath its male clothing.
Section 12: slave's EATING, DRINKING AND SLEEPING
The OWNER takes the engagement to provide its slave with sufficient periods of rest and sleep in order to remain in good health and agrees to allow it to consume a healthy and balanced nutritional diet.
The slave understand that its OWNER has the exclusive right to choose what it eats or drinks and to dictate the place, time, manner and conditions of its eating, drinking and sleeping.
The slave understand that it will not be allowed to consume more than 2 000 Kcal per day and that it will have to maintain an healthy weight.
The slave understand that the food provided to it by its OWNER may be served cold and may be covered in piss and/or semen.
The slave understand that he may drink its OWNER's piss or anyone's piss HE/SHE wishes for it to drink.
The slave understand that it may sleep in bondage and/or in a cage, cellar, on the floor... as its OWNER wishes.
When the slave is authorised to sleep in its OWNER's bed, it understand that it must kneel beside the bed and ask its OWNER's permission to sleep in it. The slave understand that it must never assume it has the right to sleep in a bed.
There may be times when the slave is caged for days or even weeks straight at a time. During these times, its OWNER will allow a sufficient amount of exercise which may only be every few days.
There may be times when the slave is not allowed to eat for long periods of time, just so its OWNER can enjoy watching it suffer. However its OWNER will always provide it with water even if the water has urine in it.
Section 13: slave's GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION
The slave understand that its OWNER has the right to decide where it will lives and exists.
The slave understand that its OWNER may require it to leave its work and spend its unlimited time locked 24/7 in HIS/HER home with no access to the outside world.
If the slave is moving in with its OWNER, it understand that:
before moving in, it will need to provide HIM/HER with a list of its possessions,
its OWNER will let him know what it can bring with it,
the possessions that it will not be allowed to bring with it will have to be either sold or put in storage,
the money resulting from the sale of its possessions will in no way belong to its OWNER and will be retained at 100% by it,
the cost of the storage of its possessions that it will have not sold and that it will not be allowed to bring with it will have to be paid by it and it only.
The slave understand that when it is not travelling to and from work or receiving or visiting its family, its OWNER has the right to:
Dictate its whereabouts.
The slave understand that it must, then always get permission from its OWNER to travel.
The slave understand that its OWNER doesn't need to give it any reason for refusing permission to travel and that it has no right to ask for one.
Limit its movements.
The slave understand that when it is in the same location as its OWNER, it must get permission from HIM/HER before making any movements such as at home, at the cinema, when going out for drinks...
The slave understand that its OWNER has the right to exercise this prerogative by physically confining or binding it by any means HE/SHE desires with no limitations on time or method.
The slave understand that if it needs to use the bathroom, it can ask to its OWNER for the permission to use it, but that HE/SHE can deny the request and that it will have to wait a reasonable amount of time (minimum 15 minutes) before asking again.
The slave understand that if its OWNER is asleep, it cannot wake HIM/HER up and will use the bathroom but only in case of emergency.
The slave understand that it will not be allowed on any furniture of any kind or permitted to be on anything but the floor, at any time, unless specified otherwise on rare occasions or when at work or with its family.
Section 14: slave's WORK AND INCOME
The slave understand that all its possessions acquired before the signature of this Contract will belong to it and to it alone.
The slave understand that it will maintain an independent bank account and will retain full responsibility for any debts in its name including but not limited to, mortgages, loans, taxes...
If the slave lives with its OWNER, the slave understand that:
it may be expected to contribute to the household, food, clothing and utilities bills. Therefore it understand that it may be required to hold regular employment.
Any left over income earned by it, after payment of its contributions to the household, storage of its possessions and payment of its taxes, debts..., will have to be given entirely to its OWNER.
its OWNER agrees to hold 20% of the slave left over income into a separate bank account, as a retirement fund, and to give complete access to the slave to this bank account if the slave was to be set free or if it was given away, traded or sold to a new OWNER.
During its slavery, it will own nothing, except its possessions acquired before the signature of the contract and the 20% of its left over income.
The OWNER has the right to inspect, at any time, any and all of its slave's financial records including, but not limited to, bank, mortgage, credit and debit card accounts.
The slave understand that it will also willingly and to the best of its ability, serve its OWNER as a servant and will perform any and all household duties, including, but not limited to, cooking, cleaning, washing, ironing... and generally maintaining its OWNER's home when instructed to do so.
The slave understand that, if it is required to hold regular employment, it will have to do its best to find a job in which it can be dressed fully as a woman.
The slave understand that it may be requested by its OWNER to work without any compensation of any sort either for its OWNER of for any other person HE/SHE want it to work for.
The slave understand that all intellectual property and copyright rights earned by it during its period of slavery to its OWNER will belong to HIM/HER alone and that it will have no right whatsoever to any sort of compensation.
Section 15: slave's ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOUR
The slave declares that it will willingly and to the best of its ability, obey all rules set out for it by its OWNER and live by them whether or not it is in its OWNER's presence.
The slave understand that its OWNER may add, remove or amend any rules in the “Rules of slavery” document at anytime either verbally, by text message, email or any other form of communication and that any such new, removed or changed rules take effect immediately when issued by its OWNER.
The slave understand that it must acknowledge any changes to the rules back to its OWNER as soon as possible via the same verbal, text or email media in which they were issued.
The slave understand that it is responsible for updating the “Rules of slavery” document with any new, removed or changed rules within a reasonable period of time (48 hours maximum).
The slave declare that it will always be completely honest and truthful, will never lie to its OWNER, make excuses or omit to mention all facts, actions or inactions, or any breaches of the rules or responsibilities inherent upon it through this Contract and associated “Rules of slavery” document.
The slave understands that its OWNER has the right to define rules, for any period of time, that requires it to seek permission from HIM/HER to perform any and all independent actions such as making sounds, moving, bodily functions like urinating and defecating and eating, drinking and sleeping.
The slave understand that its OWNER may also choose to allow it to perform any or all of these actions independently to avoid being bothered unnecessarily by its slave's basic functions.
The slave declare that it will show its OWNER the utmost respect at all times. This include any discussions, actions or activities with third parties and applies whether its OWNER is present or not.
The slave declare that it will willingly and to the best of its ability, submit to any training its OWNER provides it and will apply this training to better serve HIM/HER.
The slave declare that it will always endeavour to improve itself physically and mentally to better serve its OWNER.
Section 16: slave's AVAILABILITY
The slave understand that it will always be available to serve its OWNER when required except by prior agreement with its HIM/HER or for work or family responsibilities.
The slave understand that it will also ask permission for any activities other than work including, but not limited to, visiting friends or family, going out for a drink, to the cinema or going on holidays.
The OWNER takes the engagement not to cut off its slave from its family by routinely refusing its slave permission to visit them unless HE/SHE has another use for it either remotely or in person or if the slave is being punished.
The slave understand that it must inform its OWNER of any work commitments outside of normal working office hours as soon as they are known.
The slave understand that it must not take calls in its OWNER presence, unless the call comes from its workplace or family.
Even if the call comes from its workplace or its family, the slave will not be allowed to answer if it is being trained, punished or having sex.
Section 17: slave's PRIVACY
The slave understand that it has no privacy and must be completely honest and reveal anything to its OWNER about its actions, thoughts and feelings.
The slave understand that it has no physical privacy unless explicitly granted by its OWNER and may never shut itself away form HIM/HER by closing doors for any reason.
The slave understand that its OWNER has the right to inspect all text messages, emails, letters and any other correspondence, personal or otherwise, sent to it or received by it.
Section 18: slave's RELATIONSHIPS
The slave understand that it will not have any form of relationship with any other person, included online relationship if this relationship is not approved by its OWNER. To do so would result in extreme punishment.
The slave understand that it is allowed to talk to other slaves/sub/bottom in person or though any social media about any subject including arranging training of its fellow slave/sub/bottom as a potential slave/sub/bottom for its OWNER.
The slave understand that it is allowed to talk to any Master/Mistress/Dom/Top about any subject but when discussing BDSM, slavery and control lifestyles, any requests for service will be communicated to its OWNER.
Section 19: slave's DISCIPLINE, PUNISHEMENT, BEATINGS AND TORTURE
The slave understand that there are no boundaries of place, time or situation in which it can wilfully refuse to obey the commands of its OWNER without risking punishment, except in the following situations:
Where said commands conflict with any existing law and may lead to fines, arrest or prosecution.
Where said commands may cause extreme damage to its life, such as loosing its job or its family.
Where said command may cause serious or permanent bodily harm to it which would require serious medical attention and more than 3 days of hospitalization.
The slave understand that its OWNER will enforce HIS/HER orders, correct a lapse in its behaviour or just simply beat or torture it for HIS/HER enjoyment or amusement, at any given time, by using physical force, corporal punishment of various types, removal of privileges including food and sleep, hard work or degrading, humiliating or pointless tasks.
The slave understands that the beatings and torture are very REAL and that they will hurt, may leave temporary or permanent marks on its body and will bruise, from light to severe.
So again, the slave is signing this Contract knowingly and realizing that it will be subjected to discipline, punishment, beatings and torture and it accept to receive those either deserved or not.
The OWNER takes the engagement not to seriously or permanently damage or injure its slave in a way which would require serious medical attention and more than 3 days hospitalization.
Section 20: slave's SEXUAL USE
The slave completely understands that it will be used for the purpose of sexual acts. It agree to do so fully, completely, willingly and to the best of its ability.
Its OWNER will tell it where, when and with whom and what sexual activities to undertake, and this without regard for its own true personal sexual orientation or preference.
Oral Sex:
It will provide oral sexual stimulation for the purpose of providing pleasure to anyone at the direction or command of its OWNER.
It will perform oral hygiene service upon a man penis and testicles before and after intercourse and after oral stimulation.
When having a penis ejaculating in its mouth, it will open its mouth in order to display the amount of semen and will wait until it is allowed to swallow.
When having a penis ejaculating on its face, it will not be allowed to wash his face but it will wait until it is allowed to scoop the semen from its face if it is allowed to do so and will lick his fingers in order to eat as much as semen as it can.
Anal Sex:
It will be sodomized by its OWNER or by those allowed or directed to do so by HIM/HER.
It has no rights to decide if this is bareback penetration or if a condom will be used.
It will then be required to clean it's OWNER penis or strapon (or anyone allowed) of any of its faecal matter.
The OWNER may also forbid it or allow it to engage in sexual activities with anyone other than HIM/HER.
The OWNER may expect it to serve in public or in private, alone or in front of others where such service is socially acceptable.
