I have found that when the world is too much with me, nothing puts me quite right with it again like a strict, no-nonsense, old fashioned, thrashing. Its certainly not much fun when it's actually happening, but in the quiet after the last blow has landed and the tears begin to dry, a tidal wave of clean emotion and energy just washes all of the built up psychic gunk away.
I have been on a quest for my personal Holy Grail of punishment scenes which is to be able to fully let go and be reduced to tears as a result of the experience. While I have yet to experience this, my quest continues.
While I have strong desires with regard to corrective actions, I am experienced in many other areas, open to new experiences, and need minimal training to do as as bidden.
