Anyhow, as I was saying, while in discussion with my Psch yesterday....I told him how I was always in a better mood on Wednesday's and was not sure about the reason. On Tuesday I work outside all day until 2000h. Then I 'party' with Melody until Wednesday morning. So, I ask him: Is it the great sex or lack of sleep? He told me that one characteristic of ALL anti-depressant medication is that they work on reducing/eliminating REM sleep. Except for ElectroShockTherapy of course.
