Just a brief update, a month ago, had a totally unexpected and serious heart attack, so, at this time, i am trying to recover..

For those who know me, it doesn't matter, they know, but in general, wanted to at least here, update the age which the site, does not automatically change. i turned 74 precisely in the day of that heart attack..

A few kind members have sent notes of encouragement and support for the moments, disappointment take their toll and have me so close to giving up. Thank you all.

Indeed. it is true, once seeded in the mind and soul, or naturally set in the genes,  submission and all its elements pull harder than any efforts to dismiss them.
