Due to an allergy to metals, I do not have piercings nor will I get any. I have an allergy. I can not even wear a watch. Any metal that I come in contact with must be removed with a few hours...otherwise, I'll be in the emergency department of the nearest hospital getting the metal surgically removed from my body. Yes, it has happened. That is how I found out about my allergy.
