I just bought a house and I should close on the house by February 1st, 2015. My house is 3 bedroom and 2 bath ranch style home. I do not have a girlfriend, sub, or roommates at this time.
Here is my dilemma, no one knows about my kinky side except a few girls I have been with or people on this site. I am debating if I should rent rooms for some additional cash flow. Note, I can afford my mortgage without renting rooms. The income I would gain from renting would be for any home repairs/upgrades. The house was built in 1999.
If I would rent rooms, should it be to other know kinksters? Should I start my own household?
Any advice would be appreciated.
