need a lot of hard exercises.. i'd like to pack on some real muscle BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY... and punishhed hard if i don't do as ordered
i have cockrings, harness, candles, buttplug, weight equipment, chinup bar, plenty of rope, clothespins, handcuffs etc..... and if You need something else, i'll try to buy it.i have chain which i use as collar sir
i'd need a lot of exercises sir - i'd like to pack on some real
muscle...can you order me immediate punishment if i don't do fully as ordered - i think that fear of heavy punishment WILL push me to work harder sir e.g. 5 whipping on the back for every repetition missed; or something like that...and more punishment if sets are not done fully as ordered.
of course, it should be minimum punishment... if you are not

Pls make full schedule for me where any and even smallest infraction will be severly punished - if i must go to work, it's my problem so i should be punished if you ordered something else for that time.
That schedule should be maked that way so that i'm constantly
punished and pushed do do more. You can order ANYTHING you want - from sleeping on the floor to painfull bondage, self-whipping or anythig else.
