Happy New Year 2024
It's been an interesting journey.
The last few months have been transformative to say the least.
I've lost almost 40 lbs. My highest weight prior to 2020 was 255. during covid I got down to about 212. Since September of last year, I have gotten down to 175. I've gone from 44" pants to 32" pants and 30" is going to happen.
I've also spent a great deal of time working on self awarness and communication more effectlvely. If you are interested "Crucial Conversations" 3rd editon. this make a remarkable difference in not only my ability to communicate more effectively, it's also given me access to being content for everything life is and everything it isnt.

Hurricane prep is not my favorite thing, and its a necessary evil,(like some other things around this site..I wish)
shutters mostly up, generator fixed, lots of waster and the best part is my house is dark like a dungeon/cave form the shutters. I may have to leave them up for a while.

Completed the couch to 5k program, and ran 4 miles to wrap it up

well I just completed week 7 of 9 in the couch to 5k exercise plan. today I ran for 35 minutes nonstop. 7 weeks ago 90 seconds was a challenge.
I have a long way to go, and I've lost 25% of my first weight goal.
Feeling good and accomplished. I have not missed a single workout in the past 7 weeks.

3. LET THE UNIVERSE show you the way via your impulses and instincts that appear as you take inspired action. Don't worry that your first steps seem silly or futile. And if you don't know what to do, do anything! Go! Get busy! Do not insist on intermediary successes, only upon the end result.
