Pet peeve #1:

Having your email deleted unread! How much effort does it take to click on an email and give it a quick perusal?! It is a piss off when you take the time to email someone and they then DELETE UNREAD! I get that many subs on here, especially new ones, get inundated with email but be more clear in your profile about what it is you seek. I always read over a profile before I email someone to see if we sound like we have something in common. Maybe it is a sign that I am getting old, but common courtesy is sadly lacking today, especially online.

Pet peeve #2:

Reading profiles of other Dom(mes) where they denigrate anyone and everyone except themselves. Who's love of the mirror in front of themselves is blatantly obvious. Why is narcissism held out as a virtue with these people?! What is with that and do subs actually find that attractive? Maybe that is my problem, I am not enough of a self involved, egotistical prick!

Sorry for venting but I felt the need and to all those people out there, Dom or sub, that do feel the same way. Keep the faith! I know I am trying...

A true slave or submissive is not a puppet being guided by her master strings , she has free will and a thirst for knowledge. What I as Master must do is bring to the surface what is already within her, the bending of her will through her own labour, because ultimately it is coming from her. The starting point is her personality, her self esteem, her belief in herself, her strength. It's when she passes through all the mental, spiritual, emotional and physical trials designed by her Master and executed of her own will that makes her submission the ultimate experience for both her and her Master. When she gets through an experience, doing something she couldn't have imagined doing before, submitting more, giving up more, evolving more, placing her trust completely in the hands of her Master, that is what every Master strives for in all it's perfect and natural purity.
