	I enjoy games, of many types, but mostly those that are more complex than a game of "Life" or "Clue. I like a lot German board games and other strategic games. Civilization and Alpha Centauri are classics I come back to all the time. It's a shame they take so long to play, it's hard to find people who can commit to a whole game. I believe you can tell a lot about someone based on how they play. I tend to try to figure out the people involved and how they'll play. I'd call it playing the people, or the meta game, rather than the rules. I'm a sadist who will laugh and grin at the screams elicited from a heavy caning. Yet I'll enjoy a sensual scene with hair pulling or a violet wand just as much.
