English, educated, straight, male, dominant seeking friends and a suitable submissive. (this order is deliberate) I have wide vanilla interests, walking, sailing boats, art, music, reading, conversation, science and engineering, antiques and nature to list a few.

Other interests which are exclusively with females include, restraint, rules and discipline, role play, erotic stimulation and mild exhibition.

I am a straight forward honest and realistic person well grounded and not taken with confusing flights of fancy with 'real' life, at least some of these traits are expected in a prospective sub.
Odd how things occur to one. It was before trying to type this and finding that I cannot control whether the type face is bold or not, that the thought struck me ( trying to avoid the word came; but struck on this site  is just as confusing! ) that it was a pity that profiles can be typed. It is possible that the choice of font may just give some indication of the mind set of the writer; but nothing like the clues actual handwriting can.

Take the all too common profile, I mean the one where the foxy photo is accompanied by some implausible yarn suggesting you write with ideas for 'punishment' for misdeeds. In manuscript  the fluttering hand of the wanker ( I think onanist is gender specific ) would be readily apparent and save one reading even the first few  lines.
Well !
A New Year and time for an appraisal, looking back for information to inform the future course.

One question as yet unresolved, is it worth continuing on this site ?  It seems again that the dictum 'Bigger is Better' is disproved and I feel that what has happened over the period I have been here is that the proportion of players has increased. This, of course, begs the matter of what constitutes a 'player' and I think we all have our ideas and experiences.

Let's leave it there and move on.
The eagled eyed may notice that Investing Professional has now been deleted and Woodworking replaces it. Both are actually true and given the present economic climate ----
My what a lot of choices to make, I wonder if they will really make any difference. Anyway to business, I thought this may amuse someone

Well reader(s)(??) what you may solo brings him to make an entry in his annual ?

Well it isn't to sound off about people who do not bother to reply - god bless'm !

No it is just that the players win, every time it seems. This is probably the whole point, they always will since they play to their own set of 'rules'. Some I can feel real sympathy for, their minds are so up tight that it seems unlikely that they could ever loosen to the point of thinking of anyone else. Others one could happily chastise beyond reasonable limits, happy that is but for the thought that they would 'appen enjoy it !
this means everyday ? maybe not then
