This is always the hardest part. It is not so much the details as the beginning. The details usually start to flow once those first few sentences are composed. So here goes:
I am a submissive male. I tried to keep that suppressed and date vanilla people hoping it would work, but it always seems to fall apart. I can no longer deny what I need, and I have turned to this site in hopes of finding someone with shared interests both inside and outside of the bedroom.
There is a lot of irony in my reasons for finally turning to this site. While dating I tend to attract more submissive women, who would otherwise be great matches. Clearly this does not work in all facets of the relationship, and no amount of force will make that work. Believe me, I have tried. It is difficult when one finds someone who is so great in almost all ways, but there is this huge piece missing. The logical part of the brain says go for it, since it is tough to find someone who is great in all ways. This site should allow me to skip the concern of "does she share my D/s interests?" Since we are all on this site, we must share at least some of those views. That allows us to get to know each other on the equally important other aspects of compatibility. Let's be honest, finding the sex is easy but we are all here because we need something else.
I am an educated, intelligent, attractive male who is seeking a Dominant woman, who knows what she wants and is not afraid to take it. I am hoping to find someone with whom I can share laughs, trips to the museum, a nice meal, and just have a great time. Clearly the other details will follow. I am laid back, easy going, and willing to try just about anything once. There are, of course, some limits but we can get to those later. Right now, I want to keep it short and hopefully meet some like minded people.

I don't get why it is so hard to find someone who is not all about the sex. I want someone with whom I can have an intelligent conversation about all topics not just the D/s. I am well versed in that area and want to be trained to be the best at it, but I want someone I can communicate with on all levels. |

I may or may not at a picture later, but I do have them to share. I intentionally omitted a lot of my interests, but I wanted to answer some of them. Finding a match mentally is more important to me than knowing that we share the same D/s interests. A lot of those will be her choice anyway. It is about her wants and desires more than mine.
