To command a person, or a group of people is something that comes either naturally or to a person who has has the training of a leader. To me, I have had both. The ability I have to direct a group of troops over a drill square or over the field I have.
How this relates to you. I know what I want. I know how I want it done. You do as you are told, you are rewarded. You don't and you will soon wish you did.
What I want. Education is not important, an open mind is. Every thing else is negotiable. |
