I have recently dealt with letting go of a previous friendship that spanned over 12 years. What I learned from this is, real life takes priority, living in a fantasy based reality gets you nowhere on developing your own sense of self. When a Dominant plays that role of fantasy as if it's real life, something has surely snapped in their own mind and they end up chasing their tail into a never ending vortex of destruction, drama, and heartache. I have had three different Dominants that have done this very same thing.
My current Master however does NOT.
I love being under Her control, under Her boot and within Her grasp. And, I love knowing I never have to "go away" into the white noise again. I have been lucky to have found Her, She is SO Damned GOOD at what She does!
She has taught me to remain in the here and now. That life, health, and the well being of each member of the family is what's important. I have learned that I matter just as much as She does. Just as much as my Big Brother does. That when it comes down to it we're all we have is each other. I have finally found my Home!
