So last Thursday night I went over to some friends house, who know I am into bondage, and we tried a little experiment in "bondage therapy". There was no sex, just me bound and gagged while we all watched TV in their front room. I spent about an hour in my leather straight jacket and gagged. After spending that time tied up, gagged and unable to go anywhere or say anything I felt my head was clearer. It almost felt like a forced meditation. ;o)
It was very calming and I felt as if I could've spent a lot longer like that without a problem. When I went to bed that night I found that I slept deeper and much more soundly. The next day my head was clear and I found it easier to focus on projects I was working on.
Conclusion: While bondage therapy is not a replacement for message therapy it is certainly another tool I will use to relax more in the weeks and months ahead. Anyone want to help me out, or rather in? The strait jacket is a little hard to put on by myself. ;o) |
